TOWN GREEN APPLICATION Preserving Castle Park. One way in which we may be able to ensure that the Park is not built on is to register it as a Town Green. To do this we have to establish that it has been used “as of right, for lawful sports and pastimes” (which includes picnicking, jogging, walking the dog etc) throughout the last 20 years. We need evidence so, if you use Castle Park, would you please take some time to print off, fill in and return the form below.
